Teisyo Sangyo Co., Ltd. is a welfare services company headquartered in Chuo-ku, Osaka. We operate group homes, visiting care, in-home care support, support for children with disabilities, visiting nursing, and employment support services. We are also designated as a Housing Support Corporation by Osaka City.
Q What services do you offer?
We offer welfare services (residential care homes, visiting care, in-home care support, disability support, welfare equipment), medical services (visiting nursing station), food services (central kitchen, Nikori-tei bento shop), and health services (personal gym, rental space).
Q What services are included in visiting care?
Teisyo Care Service provides physical assistance such as bathing and toileting, daily living assistance such as shopping and cooking, hospital visit accompaniment, and welfare equipment arrangements. We create customized care plans based on the needs of clients and their families.
Q Can you help with nursing care certification application?
Yes, Teisyo Care Plan Center (In-home Care Support Office) provides application assistance for nursing care certification. Our care managers work with clients and families to create optimal care plans. We serve all of Osaka Prefecture.
Q Do you offer 24-hour services?
Yes, Teisyo Visiting Nursing Station provides 24-hour support with qualified visiting nurses. You can count on us for emergency situations.
Q What is a Housing Support Corporation?
Under the Housing Safety Net Law, it is a corporation designated by the prefecture to provide housing support to those who need special consideration in securing housing (elderly, people with disabilities, single-parent families, low-income earners, etc.). Teisyo Sangyo is designated by Osaka City.
Q What support can I receive from the Housing Support Corporation?
We provide housing consultation, property viewing accompaniment, lease agreement support, emergency contact arrangements, rent guarantee, post-move-in safety confirmation, and daily living support.
Q What are the admission requirements for the group home?
Our residential care home "Teisyo" accepts residents aged 65 and older with nursing care levels 1-5. We also accept those with dementia. Couples are welcome to move in together.
Q Can I visit the facility for a tour?
Yes, we welcome facility tours. Please make a reservation by phone or through our contact form. You can see the facility atmosphere and meet our staff in person.
Q Are there any initial move-in fees?
The residential care home "Teisyo" requires no initial move-in fee. Monthly fees start from 160,000 yen (rent 100,000 yen, management fee 15,000 yen, meals 45,000 yen).
